Labour / wage Preparation – We reconcile hours worked by your Labours to ensure that they are paid correctly as per the times that they were on Site. 4. Final Account – We measure the entire scope based on drawings to ensure that for all work done you are getting paid for it. 5. Rates, New Items, New Work- Rate buildup and verification. 6. RFQ / Tendering – We price BoQs, Fill in Tenders Requirements. 7. Ps and G - Acquiring compensation for Supervision, Site Establishment Etc. 8. Escalation – Verify with the Main Contractor if the contract has the allowance for Escalation. 9. 30% Local Allocation - Confirmation and Tracking 10.
